The Products and Services provided by Studio 3DX Inc. encompass the Studio 3DX Inc Official Website, Studio 3DX Inc Discord Channel, and Studio 3DX Docs (hereinafter referred to as "Studio 3DX Product" or "this Product"). Before utilizing any Studio 3DX Product, carefully review this Agreement. Your use of any Studio 3DX Product implies that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the entirety of this Agreement, establishing its legal binding. By agreeing to use Studio 3DX Product in a reasonable and legal manner as outlined in this Agreement, you acknowledge that you cannot claim nullification or revocation on the grounds of not reading its contents or lacking Studio 3DX Product feedback to your queries.
Studio 3DX Inc. reserves the right to change, modify, add, or delete parts of this Agreement at its discretion. All modified versions of the Agreement automatically become effective 7 days after publication on this page and relevant websites. Should you disagree with the proposed changes, it is imperative to cease your access to or use of Studio 3DX Product services immediately. If you continue to use Studio 3DX Product after the 7-day period following the amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement.You must create a Studio 3DX Account to access certain features of Studio 3DX Product. You may not use other's account without permission. You may not use other's account to use your unpaid for-pay products and services. When registering for a Studio 3DX Product Account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You shall be fully responsible for your account behaviour. If you find any breach of security or unauthorized use of the account, you must notify Studio 3DX Inc. immediately. Although Studio 3DX Inc. are not liable for any loss resulting from the unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for any Studio 3DX Product or other loss resulting from the above unauthorized use.
To access specific features of the Studio 3DX Product, you are required to create a Studio 3DX Account. Use of another person's account without permission is strictly prohibited. Additionally, you may not utilize another person's account to access paid products and services that you have not purchased. When registering for a Studio 3DX Product Account, it is essential to provide accurate and complete information. You bear full responsibility for the behaviour of your account. If you detect any security breach or unauthorized use of your account, prompt notification to Studio 3DX Inc. is mandatory. While Studio 3DX Inc. is not accountable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use, you may be held liable for losses incurred by Studio 3DX Product or other services due to such unauthorized usage.
Authorization and Limitation
This Agreement grants you the authorization to own an account, download, install, and use Studio 3DX Product, whether web-based or desktop-based. However, you are strictly prohibited from leasing, lending, selling, transferring, distributing, or re-licensing any Studio 3DX Product. Grouping on e-commerce platforms, reselling for profits, and engaging in any similar activities are strictly prohibited. In such instances, Studio 3DX Inc. reserves the right to cancel orders and revoke authorization at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to copy, plagiarize, decompile, or engage in reverse engineering of this Product is expressly prohibited. Studio 3DX Inc. holds no responsibility for any damage to equipment or information resulting from a breach of this prohibition clause. Modification of Studio 3DX Product or the creation of derivative works based on it is strictly forbidden. Failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement grants Studio 3DX Inc. the right to terminate this Agreement. Studio 3DX Inc. also reserves the right to seek compensation for losses incurred if you use Studio 3DX Product in violation of this Agreement.
Studio 3DX Inc. does not provide return services for digital products sold, except as otherwise stipulated by law.
Studio 3DX Inc. is committed to not collecting any source files imported during the use of Studio 3DX Product. To enhance and improve Studio 3DX Product, you acknowledge that certain hardware information, such as computer names and specifications, product usage information, and browser information, usage and analytics, may be sent to Studio 3DX Inc. servers. This information is used to validate your license, improve the product for future use, and provide recommendations for hardware suitability. Studio 3DX Inc. will store Studio 3DX Account-related data in the database and reserves the right to use this data for analytical purposes. System Requirements.
Capacity for Act to Accept Terms of Services
Ensure that you are a user over the age of 18, or a self-sufficient minor, who has obtained the consent of your parents or guardians. Confirm that you are fully capable of accepting and adhering to the terms, conditions, obligations, acknowledgments, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement.
Failure to comply with any provisions of this Agreement grants Studio 3DX Inc. the right to terminate the license for Studio 3DX Product at any time. Upon termination, you are required to immediately destroy or return all information related to Studio 3DX Product, including the original documents and duplicates, to Studio 3DX Inc.
Studio 3DX Inc. reserves the right to terminate the license to use Studio 3DX Products at any time if you fail to comply with any terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall promptly destroy or return to Studio 3DX Inc. all materials and information related to Studio 3DX Products, including but not limited to the original files and their copies.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country where Studio 3DX Inc. is located. In case of a dispute, negotiations should be attempted first. If negotiations fail, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with a people's court having jurisdiction where Studio 3DX Inc. is located.
