User Registration
To facilitate your registration as a core user of Studio 3DX and to enable you to maximize the use of our Products and Services along with their features, we may prompt you to create a Studio 3DX Account. During this process, you will be required to provide information such as your mobile phone number, email address, etc. Additionally, you will need to create a password and nickname to ensure the uniqueness and recognizability of your account. Upon providing this information and consenting to the Studio 3DX Service Agreement and this Policy, you gain access to the corresponding functions and/or services of Studio 3DX Products (details provided later in this article). As our products evolve with future upgrades, we may introduce new functions/services. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and seek your consent to confirm whether you choose to continue providing the aforementioned or newly introduced necessary personal information for the purpose of using the updated Studio 3DX software.
Network Security and Operation Safety
To safeguard your account, network, operation, and system security, and to mitigate risks such as phishing website fraud and Trojan viruses, as well as to enhance our product analysis capabilities, we may collect information related to your device, browsers, computer name, hardware specifications, operating system, network configuration, and other software-related details. This may also include certain product usage information, such as your device identifier, hardware serial number, and MAC address.
Associated Product Functions and Services
For specific product functions and/or services, we may need to collect corresponding personal information from you. Your refusal to provide this information may result in the inability to access these particular services, but it will not impact your normal use of the basic functions and services of Studio 3DX products.

a) Customer Service.
When filing a complaint, making a consultation, or appealing to Studio 3DX products, we may request personal information such as your name, mobile phone number, email address, and other valid contact information. This is essential to facilitate communication with you and resolve the issues you've raised. If you choose not to provide the required information, we may be unable to provide timely feedback on the processing results.

b) Personalized Display Service.
To enhance your preference management for a more tailored access experience, we analyze features and user preferences, operating habits, and device information based on collected data. This enables us to present community content and tool material that aligns with your interests, reducing the time spent on screening mass internet content. Information needed for this purpose includes your device identifier and language. If you prefer not to have personalized presentation, you can disable this functionality explicitly in this Policy.

c) Maintain Product Safety and Timely Troubleshooting.
To ensure the normal operation of our Services, maintain account security, troubleshoot products, and improve and optimize our Services, we anonymously collect hardware and browser information, device model, IP address, log information, and use information (specific function usage). This information is crucial for providing our Services and is de-identified to protect user privacy.

d)  Secure Accounts.
When performing operations like password modification, security verification, or filing complaints that involve exceptions, we may request valid identity information to ensure the security of these operations.

e) Additional Functions:
Our Products may access other online products or functions provided by Studio 3DX affiliates or external partners, such as payment services involving payment information. Studio 3DX does not retain payment information but uses third-party interfaces for direct payment (e.g., Stripe, Paypal, ApplePay. GooglePay). Your information will be stored solely for the purpose of providing or accessing these functions and will not be used for other purposes. Refusing to provide this information may limit access to relevant additional functions, but you can still use the basic functions of our Products and other services. Other third-party features accessed via our Products are for advertising cooperation or accessing services only. Read the terms of services and privacy policies for such additional functions before using them. Studio 3DX products do not access the personal information you leave while using these products or functions.

f) Additional Services:
You may receive information on products, services, marketing, or questionnaires to better understand Studio 3DX products and related services. If you prefer not to receive this information, you can use the provided methods to unsubscribe.
We may receive information about you from third parties
a) When you use a third-party account to log in to Studio 3DX products, you can choose to authorize Studio 3DX to read and obtain the public information (including nicknames, profile photos) that you register, publish, and record on the third-party platform, subject to the relevant laws and regulations.

b) In order to provide better products and/or services, we require your authorization to obtain the above information from a third party to remember your login identity as a user of Studio 3DX. We will only collect and use your personal information within the scope of your authorization. After you register or log in with a third-party account, your third-party account will be linked to Studio 3DX Account, and you may cancel your linked account.
Use of your personal information based on other special circumstances
a) If you wish to provide feedback or believe that your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint or to Studio 3DX Inc. in the course of use, you can contact us via email at info@studio3dx.com. During this process, we will ask you to provide your personal valid identity information to verify the authenticity of the complaint, the report. At the same time, if you apply to release or else delete your Studio 3DX Account, we may also ask for your valid identity information for verification. This is personal sensitive information, and we will take strict confidentiality measures, and will not share it with any third party.

b) Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developed. Information deleted from our service may not be immediately removed from our backup system, but we will delete it when the backup is updated or implement anonymous processing.
